If item is found damaged while driver is present, YOU MUST REFUSE THE ENTIRE PACKAGE. You must write a note on the delivery receipt saying “Item is damaged” and take pictures of damaged item prior the driver takes the damaged item with him. We are unable to process the damage claim to the manufacturer without the note on the receipt and damaged pictures provided to us.
If you found Damaged/Defect/Missing items after driver’s gone, please call customer service at 1-800-752-7187 immediately. You must send pictures of damaged item and the outside box of damaged item through email.
DAMAGE TERM: You
must report damaged/defect/missing items within 3 business days after receiving
the package or otherwise the manufacturer will refuse the claim. If item was
proven damaged, we will ship the replacement for damaged parts only.
