Shipping & Return

SHIPPING POLICY 

Lead times varies from 3 - 10 business days depending on the item you purchase. GROUND shipping will take approximately 3-7 business days. FREIGHT shipping / LTL will take approximately 4-10 business days. Delivery is CURBSIDE only. The carrier will contact you to set up an appointment for delivery. Please make sure your phone is active to avoid delay and paying storage fee. 

PAYMENT TERMS 

We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to complete your payment at PayPal Checkout.

DAMAGE TERMS 

All packages must inspect immediately. Please make sure the number of boxes you have received are matched with the number of boxes noted on the delivery receipt. If there is missing boxes, you must write how many boxes are missing on the receipt or otherwise we won't be able to send a replacement for missing items. 

If item is found damaged while driver is present, YOU MUST REFUSE THE ENTIRE PACKAGE. You must notate on the receipt stating "Item is damaged" and take photos of damaged item prior the driver takes the damaged item. We are unable to process the damage claim to the manufacturer without the note on the receipt and damaged photos provided to us. 

If you found Concealed Damage or Defect Items or missing Parts, you must report within 5 days from the date you have received the package. You must provide photos of damaged item and the outside box of damaged item through email or call us at 904-699-3781

Please note if you report Damage/Defect/Missing items after 5 business days from the date of receiving the package, the manufacturer will NOT honor the claim.   

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER 

We will make every effort and use every good measure to deliver your order on time. LuxVanity will not responsible for any delay of the shipment during transit, for any reasons including, but not limited to, negligence by the shipping carrier, employee strikes and or weather.  

RETURN POLICY  

Cancellations or change orders must be made within 24 hours or before the item has shipped to avoid shipping charge. 

Returns for any reasons other than damaged or defect can be accepted within 30 days of purchase date for an exchange or a refund.

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and Customer must pay Return Shipping.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Item must return as new, uninstalled, unopened packing and perfect condition. Please do not return the item until you receive an RMA# and Return Shipping Address from us.
